Join an ambitious, growing dealership group working with Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso heavy commercial vehicles. We’re looking for a qualified PD Technician/ Auto Electrician who is looking for stability, variety and genuine career pathways at our Daimler Trucks Adelaide dealership based in Regency Park.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll work across new vehicle builds, electrical fit-outs, modifications and repairs, all supported by experienced leaders and factory training.
Key Duties:
- Complete pre-delivery inspections and prepare new vehicles to OEM standards.
- Fit accessories and carry out electrical installations on heavy vehicles.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Modify chassis and fabricate components as required.
- Identify and report additional faults, ensuring accurate repair documentation.
- Maintain quality standards, including final inspections and presentation of vehicles.
- Coordinate parts requirements and manage warranty or exchange components.
- Safely operate heavy vehicles and workshop equipment, including forklifts.

About You
- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology.
- HR licence (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with heavy commercial vehicles.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
- Reliable, adaptable and motivated to learn.
