Payroll Support Officer

Your new company
Join a well-established and purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation based in Perth. Due to a busy period and increased activity within the payroll function, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to provide additional support to their existing payroll team.
Your new role
You will provide hands-on support across the day-to-day payroll function. This is not an end-to-end payroll position, with your main focus being:

• Supporting the processing of a fortnightly payroll
• Time sheet management, checking and administration
• Preparing payroll information for processing
• Assisting with general payroll queries and administration
• Maintaining accurate employee and payroll information

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within a payroll environment
• A good understanding of payroll processes and time sheet management
• Previous experience with Employment Hero will be highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to pick up systems and processes quickly
• A proactive and flexible approach
