A global professional services organisation is seeking a Payroll & People Operations Specialist. The business operates across multiple international offices and supports a diverse internal workforce. About the Role:
This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Payroll & People Operations Specialist to join a dynamic team.
The role is split between payroll processing and People Operations support, offering variety, ownership, and exposure across stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing end‑to‑end payroll 
  • Supporting employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding
  • Responding to employee queries regarding payroll, leave, policies, and benefits
  • Preparing HR documentation such as contracts and offer letters
  • Coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Maintaining employee data and supporting reporting and audit requirements

This role is suited to someone detail-oriented, organised, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast‑paced international environment. ADP Celergo experience is ideal.
About You

  • Hands‑on experience with Payroll Systems
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and employment legislation
  • Background in HR or People Operations with experience supporting day‑to‑day HR administration
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with teams across multiple time zones
