About the Role:
This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Payroll & People Operations Specialist to join a dynamic team.
The role is split between payroll processing and People Operations support, offering variety, ownership, and exposure across stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing end‑to‑end payroll
- Supporting employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding
- Responding to employee queries regarding payroll, leave, policies, and benefits
- Preparing HR documentation such as contracts and offer letters
- Coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Maintaining employee data and supporting reporting and audit requirements
This role is suited to someone detail-oriented, organised, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast‑paced international environment. ADP Celergo experience is ideal.
About You
- Hands‑on experience with Payroll Systems
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and employment legislation
- Background in HR or People Operations with experience supporting day‑to‑day HR administration
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with teams across multiple time zones
