Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll processing in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key contact for payroll-related enquiries, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strong compliance with Australian legislation.Key responsibilities include:

Processing payroll transactions, including leave, allowances and superannuation Managing payroll queries and resolving discrepancies with professionalism and empathy Maintaining payroll data integrity and employee records Preparing payroll reports and supporting compliance requirements Assisting with payroll system improvements, testing and upgrades Providing advice on payroll legislation, awards and entitlements

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will bring:Proven experience in end-to-end payroll within a medium to large organisationStrong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and awardsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex payroll mattersExperience using payroll systems and Microsoft OfficeWhat you'll get in return
