A well-established organisation operating in a fast-paced operational environment is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join the team immediately. Supporting the Payroll Manager, this role plays a key part in preparing and maintaining payroll data for a medium-volume weekly payroll. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional who enjoys working in a high-volume, team-focused environment.Your new role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and maintaining payroll data for weekly payroll processing. Payroll data reconciliation Managing and updating employee timesheets through a time and attendance system. Processing approved leave requests, including annual and personal leave. Preparing payroll reports and raw payroll data for internal use. Updating daily KPI reporting and workforce rosters. Maintaining employee superannuation records. Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders. Providing administrative support to the payroll function as required.

What you'll need to succeed
Exposure to Micropay is ADVANTAGEOUS!Previous payroll experience within a high-volume environment.Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience with time and attendance systems will be highly regarded.What you'll get in return
