YOUR ROLE

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have a minimum of 12 months [or more] post-qualification experience as a registered Australian/NZ patent attorney [OR trainee patent attorney with minimum 2 years' experience OR are an overseas qualified patent attorney currently nearing qualification in Australia/NZ];
- have a degree or higher qualification in ENGINEERING [biomedical, electrical, mechanical aeronautical, telecommunications and/or computer engineering]OR SCIENCE [Chemistry, Physics, Geophysics, Biology] OR IT/COMPUTER SCIENCE;
- have hands-on experience in prosecuting/drafting mechanical patents [essential] and some opposition experience [desirable];
- have strong drafting, technical, analytical + communication/people skills + strong commercial acumen;
