PART-TIME ADVANCED RETAIL PROFESSIONAL (3IC) - NEW ROUSE HILL CONCEPT STORE OPENING SOON, NSW
- Join adidas as a Store Supervisor (3IC) for a new Concept Store opening in Rouse Hill, NSW.
- Lead and inspire the store team to achieve commercial goals and provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Assist in visual merchandising and inventory processing to maintain store standards.

We are seeking a passionate Store Supervisor (3IC) to join our team on a PART-TIME basis and open a brand new Concept Store in Rouse Hill, NSW.
This Part-Time role will cover approx 4 days per week on select weekdays and weekend days.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:
- Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
- Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment
- Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
- Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
- Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
• Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
• Visual Merchandising
• Stockroom Procedures
