YOUR NEW ROLE

As the right hand to a Divisional Head Lawyer in a winning close-knit positive team environment, you will enjoy helping plaintiff clients in relation to a diverse range of personal injury matters including workers compensation, work injury damages, common law assault+ medical negligence.

Key responsibilities include preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs, attending court (if a solicitor) and general administration.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • have minimum 18 months+ (or more)  personal injury legal secretarial/paralegal experience [including in workers compensation-essential];
  • have strong Microsoft Word and an accurate typing speed of minimum 55+wpm;
  • have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
  • love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
  • are hungry to progress your career with a reputable firm.
