Skills matter—but attitude matters just as much. We’re looking for a Panel Beater who takes real pride in their work and delivers consistent, high-quality results. You’ll be part of a small, experienced team, so reliability, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork are essential.
Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm
The important parts:
• Complete scheduled repair jobs to a high standard
• Check parts availability and liaise with the Estimator regarding any discrepancies
• Assist with reassembly of vehicles as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Follow Workplace Health & Safety and Quality Assurance procedures
• Handle customer vehicles and company equipment with care
• Contribute to a respectful and positive workshop culture
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or equivalent)
• Current NSW Trade Licence
• Proven experience in a smash repair environment
• Strong knowledge of repair methods and panel replacement techniques
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise tasks effectively
• A calm and dependable approach in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A customer-first mindset
• Genuine passion for the automotive industry
