Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions
  • Manage a varied caseload of clients across the lifespan
  • Support clients with areas including functional capacity, sensory processing, emotional regulation, daily living skills, fine and gross motor development, assistive technology and more
  • Deliver therapy within the clinic, community and other environments that best support client outcomes
  • Develop individualised and client-centred therapy plans
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers and other health professionals
  • Participate in regular discipline-specific and multidisciplinary training and development opportunities
  • Senior clinicians will have the opportunity to provide mentoring and support to graduate and junior therapists

Key Selection Criteria

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients is highly regarded
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
