    Steps2Life Health is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting children and adults across Western Sydney. Our Occupational Therapists work alongside Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and a dedicated administration team to deliver practical, person-centred outcomes.

    The opportunity

    We are welcoming applications from new graduates, junior clinicians and experienced Occupational Therapists. Work across our North Parramatta, Regents Park and Kingswood clinics, in the community and from home through our flexible hybrid model. Full-time, part-time and contract arrangements can be considered.

    You will complete functional assessments, develop evidence-based therapy plans, prepare high-quality reports and collaborate with participants, families and support networks. Your caseload can be shaped around your experience and clinical interests.

    About you

    You hold, or will soon hold, a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and are eligible for AHPRA registration. You are warm, organised and motivated to help people build independence and achieve meaningful goals. A current driver licence and access to a vehicle are desirable for community work.
