    About the Role:

    Are you a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of others? They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to a variety of clients, including children and adults. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans and work closely with clients and their families to help them achieve their goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the patient’s needs and goals.

    • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient’s needs and goals.

    • Implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.

    • Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

    • Educate clients and their families on therapy processes and techniques.

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

    • Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy journey.

    Essential Criteria:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

    • Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
