    About the role:

    This is an exciting opportunity for Speech Pathology graduates to kickstart their career in a structured, supportive, and rewarding graduate program commencing January 2026.

    The role offers exposure to a varied caseload across paediatric and adult clients, focused on assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and management of a range of communication disorders. Whether you choose full-time or part-time, you’ll benefit from:

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will:

    • Be graduating from a recognised Speech Pathology degree in 2025

    • Be eligible for full membership with Speech Pathology Australia before commencing

    • Be passionate about delivering evidence-based therapy and working within a collaborative team

    • Have excellent communication and time management skills

    • Be able to obtain:

      • Disability Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)

      • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

      • Medicare Provider Number

    • Hold an open driver’s licence (desirable)

    • Be proactive, flexible, and committed to ongoing professional development
