About the Role
Our client is a leading international life insurance brokerage specialising in tailored insurance and wealth planning solutions for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.
They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Case Manager to oversee the end-to-end administration of life insurance applications, working closely with Sales Consultants, private bankers, insurers, trustees, and clients to ensure a seamless application and policy issuance process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing of life insurance applications, from quotations and underwriting through policy issuance and post-issuance support.
- Provide administrative and case management support to Sales Consultants.
- Liaise with private bankers, insurers, trustees and clients to facilitate smooth case progression.
- Coordinate medical examinations and additional underwriting requirements.
- Review application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor pending applications, maintain accurate case records and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare case status reports and maintain updated records of in-force policies.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in life insurance, case management, new business operations, or policy administration.
- Good understanding of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and policy issuance.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
