We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join a telecommunications infrastructure team, working across the design, implementation and optimisation of access, edge and enterprise networks.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimise telecommunications and enterprise networks.
• Provide Level 3/4 support and troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Work across FTTP, GPON/xPON, fibre and fixed access networks.
• Integrate and test new network equipment and technologies.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors and delivery partners.
• Maintain network standards, documentation and configurations.
• Participate in an on-call roster and occasional site visits.

About You

• 5+ years' telecommunications Network Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of FTTP, GPON/xPON and fixed access networks.
• Experience with MPLS, Layer 2, BGP, OSPF and TCP/IP.
• Strong troubleshooting and network diagnosis skills.
• Experience with Nokia, Cisco, Juniper or Fortinet is highly regarded.
• CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA/JNCP or relevant degree is desirable.
