About the role
Our client is seeking passionate and driven experienced Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioners to join a multidisciplinary team. Ideally, you will have knowledge and confidence with the following:- Conducting functional behavioural assessments and developing quality comprehensive behaviour support plans
- Develop strong professional relationships with clients through confident and clear communication
- Understanding of evidence-based principles and relevant standards

Requirements:
- Experience as a behavioral support practitioner.
- Patience and ability to keep calm in stressful situations.
- Minimum of PROFICIENT level NDIS registration.
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a specialist multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents and carers.
- A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties.
