National Municipal / Government Tendering Manager

The Opportunity
Reporting to the GM – Mergers & Acquisitions, the National Municipal/Government Tendering Manager will lead the preparation and submission of major municipal and government tenders, helping drive long-term business growth across our collections and processing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate municipal and government tender submissions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver competitive, high-quality bids.
Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities and new markets.
Manage tender approvals and present key commercial recommendations to senior leadership.
Work closely with operational teams to support successful contract implementation.
About You
Degree in Finance, Commerce, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in tendering, ideally within an industrial or infrastructure environment.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
Exceptional written communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially focused.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong administrative capabilities.
