The Opportunity

Reporting to the GM – Mergers & Acquisitions, the National Municipal/Government Tendering Manager will lead the preparation and submission of major municipal and government tenders, helping drive long-term business growth across our collections and processing operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate municipal and government tender submissions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver competitive, high-quality bids.

  • Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities and new markets.

  • Manage tender approvals and present key commercial recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Work closely with operational teams to support successful contract implementation.


About You

  • Degree in Finance, Commerce, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in tendering, ideally within an industrial or infrastructure environment.

  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes.

  • Exceptional written communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially focused.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong administrative capabilities.
