Options Consulting Group is proud to partner with a leading Australian FMCG business with a well established portfolio and strong market position. We are seeking a commercially astute National Account Manager to drive growth across key retail customers and support the continued expansion of the category.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will manage relationships across major grocery retailers, Metcash and independent customers, while bringing a strong category and commercial lens to your accounts. You will develop customer strategies, identify ranging and distribution opportunities and support new product and innovation initiatives that deliver sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will have proven National Account Management experience within FMCG and a strong understanding of how to navigate the major grocery retailers. You will be commercially driven, confident engaging category and buying teams and capable of turning customer and category insights into growth opportunities. Experience across Metcash and independent retail would be highly regarded.
