    To support increasing demand, our client is now looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their expanding team. You will receive hands-on support from an experienced Director, including weekly clinical supervision, regular check-ins, and a structured 12-week induction program designed to set you up for success.

    About the role:

    In this role, you will work with children and their families to deliver meaningful, evidence-based therapy. Key responsibilities include:

    • Assessing speech, language, and literacy delays or disorders
    • Planning and delivering individualised therapy programs
    • Providing services across homes, schools, pre-schools, and via telehealth
    • Collaborating with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals
    • Developing and adapting therapy resources
    • Using a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach
    • Managing administrative tasks in a timely and flexible manner
    • Actively participating in team meetings and events

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
    • Current or eligible membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
    • Passion for working with children and supporting their development
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team
    • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
    • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
    • Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
