Commercial Litigation Associate or Junior Senior Associate

About the role:
- Navigate complex commercial litigation, class actions, and defamation matters.
- Defend professional indemnity insurers in negligence claims.
- Manage corporate and regulatory disputes, including shareholder and contractual disputes.
- Take ownership of files with support from senior lawyers, with opportunities to mentor junior team members.
- Engage in pro bono programs if desired!
The ideal candidate:
- 3-6 years’ experience in large-scale commercial litigation matters (professional indemnity lawyers seeking experience in commercial litigation are encouraged to apply also).
- Strong analytical skills and a good eye for detail.
- Capable of running files autonomously while working collaboratively.
- Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
