A well established and leading Australian manufacturer based on the Northern Beaches seeks a New Graduate with some previous work experience to assist in their dynamic team environment. The Role:
Supporting the Product Development teams this diverse role will see you forging a career with a market leader who is experiencing growth. Working within a product testing environment you will be tasked with setting up tests, assessing product performance and reliability together with preparing reports based on results and observations. You will need a high level of proficiency to communication and articulate your observations and recommendations to the team. The role will be a balance between hands on testing as well as the analytics with reporting, recording, monitoring and budgetary requirements.
The Responsibilities:
• Setting up and conducting various physical tests
• Assisting with test improvement projects
• Collecting test data and preparing test reports
• Supports maintenance and minor repair of testing equipment/tools
• Manage the online testing systems
• Preparing reports to Management
• Preparing test samples
Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Engineering
• Strong numeric skills and English literacy
• Experience using an ERP system
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Can provide conceptual design sketches
• Experience using basic hand tools
• Experience in a manufacturing environment desirable
