About the Role

- Salary Range: approximately $95,000 to $115,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
- Begin shifts early morning to finish mid-afternoon supporting a balanced workday.
- Work closely with site coordinators within a smaller commercial HVAC services team.
- Install, commission, and maintain commercial HVAC units primarily on refurbishment and upgrade projects.
- Perform fault diagnostics and fixes on existing systems using a practical and methodical approach.
- Focus on commercial and light industrial projects rather than large new builds.
- Use a fully-equipped company vehicle for travel between job sites.
