Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking experienced and motivated Mechanical Fitters to join our team on a Sportsman roster in Kwinana.

- Roster: Sportsman roster
- Shift: Working across Day and Nightshift
- Day Shift: $67.50 per hour flat rate
- Night Shift: $74.25 per hour flat rate
- Duration: Ongoing work with potential for consistency
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of mechanical equipment across a heavy industrial environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mechanical maintenance, repairs and installation
- Fault finding and troubleshooting of plant and machinery
- Working with pumps, conveyors and rotating equipment
- Carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Following site safety procedures and ensuring a high standard of work
Role Requirements
- Recognised Mechanical Fitter trade qualification
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role within Australia
- Previous experience in a heavy industrial, processing or mining environment
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability and willingness to work both day and night shifts
- Reliable and committed to working 12.5-hour shifts
- Ability to successfully complete and pass a medical and DAS
- Ability to complete all required site inductions and face-to-face induction prior to commencement
