We are currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join one of our market leading Oil & Gas manufacturing clients based in Perth WA. The client is a market leader in producing specialist surface and umbilical based riser applications and due to continued demand and expansion require the addition of a Mechanical Engineer.

Person:

The ideal candidate will have a solid background ideally working within the Oil & Gas industry and will have a background working from Design to Manufacture being able to demonstrate experience and the ability to be able to deliver Engineering designs that are both cost effective & practical for manufacture.

The ideal candidate will also be familiar / have a background with SURF based engineering focusing on Surface, Umbilical, Riser & Flowline design systems.

Exposure to working with a 3D Design package will also be advantageous and a good understanding of manufacturing principals will also assist in your ability to deliver within this role.

Remuneration:

Salary for this role is commensurate of skills and background however candidates can expect to receive a salary in the $110,000 + Super - $140,000 mark, subject to skills and experience.
