Job Description
The Role
As a Meat Process Worker in Central West, NSW, you will carry out essential tasks on the slaughter floor and in general processing areas. This role involves physically demanding, hands-on work such as handling carcasses, operating basic tools, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the flow of production. You'll work as part of a safety-focused team to ensure efficient, hygienic and compliant meat processing operations.
Key Responsibilities
These roles support daily operations on the slaughter floor and general production areas to keep workflows safe, efficient, and on schedule.
- Banding and barrowing tasks
- Barrows and pushing meat
- Basic knife work
- General labouring across the slaughter floor
- Supporting fast-paced, physically demanding processes
