M & S Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd has been trading as Kazi's Super Market since 2010. Kazi's Super Market is a supermarket of Asian products, groceries, halal meats and other premium daily needs. The supermarket sells most of the grocery items usually for Asian communities. The market has a diverse range of products and pantry essentials.
The Role
We are looking for a full-time marketing specialist who has marketing experience with groceries and supermarket items. The applicant must have knowledge about asian groceries, halal food and asian cultural celebrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote Kazi's products and Kazi Super Market across digital and traditional platforms.
- Managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Optimising and maintaining the company website for SEO and usability.
- Planning and executing email marketing campaigns and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Monitoring and analysing marketing performance, providing reports and recommendations.
- Collaborating with external partners and agencies to enhance marketing efforts.
- Assisting in designing promotional materials and advertisements.
- Attending different cultural events and presenting Kazi's products and Kazi Super Market.
About You
We are looking for a passionate and innovative marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a marketing specialist, preferably in a supermarket.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging marketing content.
