About the Role:

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll join a high-energy team that thrives on creativity, celebrates success, and supports each other every step of the way.

You'll be responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with Mader Group's organisational objectives and business growth plans.

This will include:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans aligned with organisational objectives and business growth.
• Conducting market research and analysing customer behaviour, competitor activity, market trends and industry developments to identify marketing opportunities.
• Developing and coordinating marketing campaigns across digital, social media, website, email, print and other relevant channels.
• Developing and coordinating marketing materials, promotional content and communications while ensuring consistency with organisational branding and messaging.
• Managing the marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns, events, promotions and other marketing activities.
• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, including engagement, lead generation, customer response and expenditure, and providing recommendations to management.
• Preparing marketing reports and using marketing analytics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinating relationships with external agencies, designers, suppliers and other marketing service providers.
• Managing marketing budgets and monitoring expenditure to ensure activities are delivered effectively and within approved budgets.
• Monitoring emerging marketing trends, technologies and communication channels and recommending opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Maintaining accurate marketing and customer information and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and strategies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 2-3 years' relevant professional experience in marketing, marketing coordination, marketing strategy or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience in market research, marketing strategy and campaign development.
• Experience coordinating digital, social media and other promotional activities.
• Experience analysing campaign performance and preparing marketing reports.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and coordinating external suppliers or service providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to translate market information and campaign results into practical recommendations.
• The ability to manage multiple marketing projects and priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline is highly desirable.

Equivalent relevant professional experience may also be considered where the applicant has substantial experience performing duties consistent with the position.
