The Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the day-to-day marketing activity across the business as well as general admin duties, ensuring campaigns and content is delivered to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end property marketing campaigns
- Create and manage social media and digital content
- Design marketing materials using Photoshop & InDesign
- Manage website and property listing content
- Prepare e-newsletters, direct mail and agent marketing
- Create engaging copy and editorial content
- Maintain brand guidelines and marketing resources
- Assist with events and marketing projects
- Provide general administration and office support
The Candidate:
- Previous marketing experience essential
- Real estate marketing experience highly desirable
- Strong graphic design skills
- Photoshop & InDesign experience essential
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Creative, proactive and confident
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude
