Project Info:
ACCIONA has partnered with Georgiou, under the CoastalTraX consortium, to deliver The Wave Stage 1 on the Sunshine Coast. The project will design and build a 19km dual-track passenger rail line from Beerwah to Caloundra, including new stations at Bells Creek and Caloundra.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Lead within the Communications & Stakeholder Engagement (CSE) team, you will develop graphic design materials that support external project communications and internal team content. You will help bring the project's brand and visual identity to life across print, digital and event materials, while providing broader support to the CSE team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design external materials including newsletters, fact sheets and signage
- Produce internal content such as presentations, posters and intranet articles
- Apply brand standards and accessibility guidelines across all materials
- Support activation events, pop-up markets and station precinct activities
- Assist with site tours, media events and stakeholder engagement
- Update media lookahead calendar and monitor daily media coverage
- Take part in the rostered 24/7 Project Information Hotline
- Provide admin support including agendas, minutes and Open Point management
Required Skills and Competencies
What Capability & Experience You'll Need:
- Tertiary qualifications in graphic design, marketing or communications
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and web CMS platforms
- Experience working on an infrastructure project
- Current Australian driver's licence
