Due to recent growth in volume and capital upgrades, we have the exciting opportunity for experienced Maintenance Electricians to join our team in permanent, full-time rotating shift positions. In this hands-on role, you'll work with modern manufacturing equipment and a supportive team environment, providing critical electrical maintenance and troubleshooting support across the site. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and electrical systems, responding to breakdowns in a timely and practical way.
- Perform preventative maintenance to improve performance and reduce downtime.
- Support and guide team members by sharing knowledge and coaching safe equipment use.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with engineering, safety, and food quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives, helping build a strong site culture
Basic Requirements
- Fully licensed Electrician with experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
- Strong problem solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis
- Knowledge of automation systems including PLCs, SCADA, and industrial networks
- Confident in fault finding and troubleshooting across electrical systems
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and P&IDs
