Specialising in high-rise commercial office buildings ranging from 12 to 42 floors, this is an opportunity to join an established business with the stability, resources and forward planning to support your long-term career.
Predominantly based within Sydney's CBD, you'll be working across premium commercial sites in a role that offers variety, responsibility and the chance to develop your skills while building a clear pathway into management.

The Role:

Working across high-rise commercial office buildings, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across multi-storey commercial properties
• Fault finding, diagnostics and rectification of electrical issues
• Responding to maintenance requests and ensuring timely, professional service delivery
• Completing job logs, service reports and associated paperwork to a high standard
• Using digital job management and reporting technology to record works accurately
• Maintaining compliance with relevant electrical standards, safety requirements and site procedures
• Building strong relationships with building management, clients and fellow tradespeople
• Taking ownership of your work and consistently delivering quality outcomes

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a motivated, professional electrician who wants to take ownership of their role and grow with the business.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• A current NSW Electrical Licence
• Experience in commercial electrical maintenance, ideally within high-rise office buildings
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilities
• A genuine pride in your workmanship and attention to detail
• Confidence using digital job logging systems, mobile applications and maintenance software
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to complete paperwork accurately and professionally
• A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to customer service
• The ambition to continue learning, develop your capabilities and progress your career
