National Workforce is seeking experienced Pick Packers with a background in luxury fashion, handbags, accessories, or high-end retail logistics to join our client based in Marsden Park.

Please note, the successful candidates MUST be available to work Monday-Friday approx. 38hrs each week.

About the Role:
In this hands-on position, reporting to the Team Leader your day will include:
- Accurately picking products based on order requirements
- Using RF scanners to locate, scan, and process items
- Packing luxury goods with exceptional attention to detail
- Completing quality checks to ensure all items meet brand standards
- Processing returns through client-specific systems
- Restocking and maintaining organised inventory levels
- Following strict safety and handling procedures
- Working with high-end handbags, fashion accessories, and designer items daily
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 6 months experience in pick packing, ideally within fashion, luxury retail, handbags, cosmetics, footwear, or accessories
- RF scanning experience
- Experience in gift wrapping or similar would be highly adventageous
- High attention to detail when handling premium products
- Solid understanding of WHS practices
- A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
