Locum Occupational therapist - Accommodation/Company car - Regional NSW

The opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in our Grafton clinic and servicing the surrounding Clarence Valley region as a locum.

You'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and take on an existing NDIS and community aged care caseload for a period of 2- 4 months.

Things you will be doing;

• Delivering in-home services through a variety of community aged care programs, including;Home modifications
• Equipment and adaptive aids prescription
• Pressure injury risk assessment and reporting
• Functional assessments and reports
• Deliver NDIS servicesTypes of referrals: Neurological disorders, Physical disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, spinal cord injuries
• Functional assessments and reports
• Assistive technology assessment and reports
• Ongoing therapy for capacity building for daily activities
• Cognitive assessments
• Not required, but if Paediatrics is an area of interest this is an area we are able to support building a caseload in.

Requirements:

• Hold an Occupational Therapy degree
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Valid police check
• Valid drivers licence
