Loader Operator - Afternoon shift

Experienced Loader Operator wanted for afternoon shift in a quarry near Geelong.

Your new role
As a Sales Loader Operator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring customers are loaded safely, efficiently, and professionally.You will be working on an afternoon shift with hours being 1pm-11pm MondayFriday.
Key responsibilities include:

• Loading customer trucks with quarry products and construction materials
• Operating front-end loaders in a safe and efficient manner
• Conducting pre-start checks and routine equipment inspections
• Maintaining accurate load records and following site procedures
• Supporting general yard housekeeping and site safety initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy machinery
• Current loader ticket/licence (essential)
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transport and ability to work afternoon shift hours
