The exciting opportunity

  • Full-time role working Monday – Friday from 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm
  • Joint oversight of the lifestyle program at our 64-bed Montana aged care home in Mosman
  • Plan and deliver activity programs that cater to residents’ needs and preferences
  • Accompany residents on outings enabling them to take part in social events
  • Support residents with mobility, nutrition and hydration management, and meaningful activities that promote wellbeing
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and staff
  • Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care

About you

  • Experience as a Lifestyle Officer in residential aged care and passionate about provide engaging and interesting activities for the elderly
  • Engaging, enthusiastic, compassionate, excellent communication skills, and able to build strong rapport with residents
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is highly regarded
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia is essential (sponsorship will not be offered)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and flu vaccination, or willingness to obtain
