YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to the Head Manager of the integrated document review/legal tech/ediscovery/legal projects team, as a senior project manager, you will love the challenge+ variety+satisfaction:
- leading document review managers/ lawyers/paralegals/legal tech professionals+ project managing/overseeing doc review projects to ensure adherence to cost, quality and time expectations;
- liaising with Partners, your senior managers/colleagues/subordinates, corporate services team and external service providers to fulfil your various business strategic functions including: 1) knowledge sharing/performance coaching staff in your team; 2) contributing to developing new initiatives/strategies to meet market demands and drive necessary change; 3) assisting with developing national learning programs to build the capability of the team, drive high performance and deliver results; 4) assisting with recruitment.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Have a law degree (essential)+ additional qualifications in information management/project management/IT (preferable not essential);
- Have 5+ years (up to senior) legal/legal tech industry experience including minimum 3+ years’ experience as a practising litigation/corporate/commercial/competition lawyer at some point in your career;
- Have had experience in large-scale document review/ediscovery+ some exposure to legal technology (preferable);
- Have solid leadership experience managing a team of lawyers/paralegals+ project management experience (essential);
- Have outstanding communication, people/relationship/stakeholder management skills;
- Are super organized+ deadline driven+ can deliver even under pressure/tight time frames;
- are hungry to carve out+grow a long-term ‘alternative legal’ career as a specialist legal project manager with a first-class high-tech global firm which heavily invests in their staff.
