The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our high-performing team delivering civil infrastructure and urban development projects.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and materials to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining programme targets and fostering a positive, safety-focused site culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily site operations and construction activities
- Coordinate labour, plant and material resources
- Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and plant hire contractors
- Monitor project costs and productivity on site
- Ensure works are delivered to programme requirements
- Manage survey and set-out requirements
- Maintain accurate records of site activities
- Promote and uphold safety and environmental standards
- Identify and report non-conformances and support corrective actions
- Ensure all works meet quality specifications and client expectations
About You
You'll bring:
- Certificate III in Civil Construction
- Current driver's licence
- Experience in civil infrastructure and/or urban development projects
- Proven leadership and team coordination experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Sound understanding of construction drawings, specifications and quality requirements
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance
- The ability to consistently deliver projects within programme and budget constraints
- Experience with shoring works
You'll also be a team player who leads by example and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
