Lead Business Analyst – Salesforce CRM

• Initial contract from 1 September to December 2026, with possible extension into 2027
• Hybrid role based in Balcatta, combining office and work-from-home flexibility
• Lead Business Analyst role joining an in-flight Salesforce CRM project with immediate delivery responsibilities
• Strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, requirements, process design, and stakeholder engagement

Green Light Worldwide is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join an in-flight CRM implementation project within a large enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will step into an existing BA leadership position and take ownership of the BA workstream, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery resources to support immediate project requirements and delivery outcomes.

This role will suit a senior Business Analyst who is confident leading requirements and stakeholder activities within a complex CRM program and can quickly establish themselves within an existing project team.
Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Analysis workstream across the Salesforce CRM project
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across business and technical teams
• Define business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyse current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to translate business requirements into practical solutions
• Support prioritisation, clarification, and refinement of requirements throughout delivery
• Contribute to testing, validation, and business readiness activities
• Maintain clear BA documentation and ensure requirements remain aligned with project objectives

Requirements

• Strong senior-level or Lead Business Analyst experience
• Proven experience leading BA activities within complex technology or transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience defining business requirements, processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to lead a BA workstream and work effectively with business, technical, and delivery teams
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly integrate into an in-flight project and contribute from day one

Highly Regarded

• Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
• Previous experience delivering CRM implementation or transformation projects
• Experience working across Agile delivery environments
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale technology programs
