Your new role
Were seeking an All-Rounder Laboratory Technician to support sample preparation, fire assay, and general lab duties at a gold mining operation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and previous mine site lab experience.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience with sample preparation (crushing, pulverising, splitting)
- Hands-on experience with fire assay techniques
- Exposure to or experience using ICP and AA instrumentation
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures in a lab environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a clean National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical drug and alcohol screening
- Clean-shaven to comply with site safety and PPE requirements
