Junior Recruitment Consultant – Wetherill Park

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team based in Wetherill Park.

About the Role
As a Labourforce Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
  • Source and attract quality candidates using CRM systems, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Create and manage job advertisements and screen incoming applications.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within internal databases.
  • Complete general administrative duties to support the recruitment team.
  • Contribute to achieving team and individual recruitment targets.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or recruitment (agency or internal), or a genuine passion for working with people in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a busy team environment while also managing your own workload.
  • A proactive approach and a strong work ethic.
