About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio while developing your own portfolio under the guidance of the Senior Property Manager.
Reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine inspections and preparing entry and exit reports
- Assisting the Senior Property Manager with day-to-day portfolio tasks
- Managing a portion of your own portfolio as you build experience
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trusted trades
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 1–2 years' property management experience
- Current Real Estate Certificate & driver's licence
- Confident communication skills, especially over the phone
- Positive attitude with a strong team and culture fit focus
- Experience with PropertyMe (highly regarded)
