Your New CompanyAn established Sydney architecture and interiors practice is seeking a Junior Interior Designer or Interior Architect to join its growing interiors team.
This design-led studio delivers a diverse portfolio of hospitality, residential and commercial projects. Known for their collaborative culture and high-quality design outcomes, the practice offers excellent project exposure and long-term career development opportunities.
You'll join a passionate interiors team and work closely with experienced designers on projects from concept design through to documentation and delivery.
Your New RoleAs a Junior Interior Designer / Interior Architect, you'll support the delivery of hospitality interior projects while continuing to build your technical capabilities and project coordination skills.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with project documentation and delivery.
  • Producing drawings and project packages in Revit.
  • Supporting design development and material selection.
  • Coordinating project information with consultants and suppliers.
  • Assisting with schedules, specifications and documentation.
  • Working collaboratively with senior designers and project teams.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
  • 1-3 years of local industry experience.
  • Strong Revit skills.
  • Experience with 3D modelling and visualisation software.
  • Hospitality project experience highly regarded.
  • Strong technical, documentation and visual presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Experience working on pubs, hotels, restaurants, commercial interiors or multi-disciplinary projects will be highly regarded.
