The Opportunity
Accelerate your career within Business Services and Tax Advisory team, gain exposure to advisory work, and learn directly from experienced Partners and Managers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
 
Working with a diverse client base, including business owners and sophisticated investors, you'll gain valuable exposure across both compliance and advisory services while building strong technical and client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BAS, IAS and payroll compliance obligations
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns
• Prepare individual tax returns, including rental property and sole trader clients
• Support tax planning, structuring and advisory engagements
• Work closely with Partners and Managers across a diverse client portfolio
• Participate in client meetings and build strong client relationships
• Contribute to both compliance and advisory projects

About You

• 1-2 years' experience in public practice accounting
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients
• Experience with Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline (preferred)
