This role is an integral part of supporting our client's SaaS landscape, focusing on managing and enhancing core platforms such as HubSpot or Zendesk. You will partner with internal teams and vendors to optimise platform use, support contract renewals, and oversee asset management.

About the Role
- Support vendor management, including contract renewals and performance reviews.
- Assist in asset management and platform lifecycle processes.
- Contribute to enhancing and developing SaaS applications to improve business value.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery aligns with business needs.
- Work with the Head of IT to implement improvements and optimise SaaS platform utilisation.
- Participate in procurement and licensing reviews to maximise investment return.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in an IT Business Partner or similar role, working with SaaS platforms, ideally HubSpot or Zendesk, or similar tools.
- Proven experience managing or assisting with SaaS applications - helping to get the most out of the applications and working with the vendor to customise / configure for better usability
- Interest in vendor management, platform development, and asset lifecycle processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Desire to learn and grow in a technical, stakeholder-facing environment.
- Experience with basic contract management or procurement is desirable.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, although more functional than deeply technical, is a MUST
