Invoicing Agent (contract role)

Location: Clayton (onsite)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $33.71 per hour + super
Duration: 3-months with a strong chance of extension

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Invoicing Agent to join their team on a fixed-term basis. This role will be responsible for reviewing, processing and managing invoices, ensuring information is accurate and any discrepancies are followed up and resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review incoming invoices and check them against budgets and supplier records
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders, including Care Partners, when information is missing or discrepancies are identified
  • Process and approve invoices through Redmap, or flag exceptions requiring further attention
  • Maintain accurate records and track outstanding issues through to resolution
  • Use Excel, including filters, pivot tables and lookups, to manage and clean data
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve invoicing queries and ensure processes run smoothly

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in invoicing, accounts administration, data entry or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when reviewing financial information
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow issues through to resolution
  • Comfortable working with systems and learning new platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to following up on discrepancies and missing information
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams
