Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with atleast 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply test plans, test cases, and testing procedures to ensure ICT systems and applications meet business and organisational requirements
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across system modules, working closely with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Identify, document, and track defects, working with development and support teams to ensure timely resolution
- Support system implementation, configuration, and data import/export activities across test and production environments
- Review, update, and maintain testing documentation, policies, and process guidelines
- Provide input into quality release planning and support disaster recovery and system readiness testing
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and business applications to support system rollouts and upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of test results and prepare performance/status reports for stakeholders
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders
- Effective stakeholder management and team collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven approach to testing and documentation
