The Opportunity
Cleanaway is seeking an experienced and safety-focused HR Driver to join our Coffs Harbour team operating a Rear Lift Collection Vehicle. This hands-on role involves servicing commercial customers including caravan parks and businesses, with consistent full-time hours and fortnightly Saturday work available.
Duties include:
- Safely operate Rear Lift collection vehicles
- Complete waste collection services across allocated runs
- Perform manual handling and loading activities as required
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic vehicle checks
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current HR Licence (HC licence highly regarded)
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- A clean driving record
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Reliable work ethic and positive team attitude
- Professional communication and customer service skills
