About You:
- Live across the Mullumbimby area including Billinudgel, Brunswick Heads, Crabbes Creek, Ewingsdale, Main Arm, Mooball, Myocum, New Brighton, Ocean Shores, South Golden Beach, Wilsons Creek and surrounding communities.
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (no international license's or shared vehicles)
- Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers)
- Commitmentto our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start!
What We Offer:
- $34.80 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
- Permanent Part-time contracts: 20-50 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
- Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts
Your Role
As a valued member of the team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.
- Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting & mobility support
- Medication assistance
- Social support, transport and companionship
- Promoting independence, dignity & wellbeing
As an experienced carer, you’ll provide essential domestic assistance alongside personal support, making a meaningful difference in client’s lives every day.
