We’re looking for a reliable support worker to join a small team providing personalized care in Quinns Rock & Landsdale area. You'll be supporting one adult who lives with a complex neurological condition and is non-verbal so calm, clear communication and patience are essential. They enjoy quiet routines, community outings in their electric wheelchair, watching sport and moves and staying connected to their culture.
What You’ll Learn & Perform:
• Bowel care
• Catheter care
• Huntington’s Disease-specific care and education
• Dysphagia (swallowing support) training
• Hoist/manual handling training
• Skin integrity management
• Nebuliser use and respiratory support
• And other advanced care skills
This is an excellent opportunity to build specialised healthcare experience with full support and training provided.

Shifts Available - Quinns Rock
• Wednesday: 3:45pm – 7:00pm
• Friday: 3:45pm – 7:00pm
• Friday (fortnightly, from August): 9:00am – 4:00pm
• Sunday (fortnightly – double time): 3:45pm – 7:00pm
• Monday to Friday: 6:00pm – 7:00pm support
• Every 4th Sunday (double time): 9:00am – 4:00pm
Shifts Available - Landsdale
• Monday - Friday - Afternoon Shifts
We’ll support you with comprehensive hands-on training, buddy shifts, and clinical guidance to ensure you're confident and capable before working independently.
What You Need:
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- A NDIS Worker Screening check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and overnights across the week
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
