Due to fleet expansion and continued business growth, Shadforth is seeking a qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter or a LV Mechanic looking to upskill, to join our workshop team at Forest Glen on the Sunshine Coast.

This full-time, permanent position offers a chance to work on a fleet of 600+ earthmoving machines, performing major overhauls and maintenance across a wide range of plant and equipment. If you’ve worked in the quarry, civil, mining or forestry industries and enjoy tackling a variety of machinery, this is the role for you!
About you - Heavy Diesel Fitter
- Heavy Diesel Trade Certificate or Light Vehicle Trade Certificate (essential)
- Post trade experience on mobile plant (excavators, dump trucks, dozers, graders etc.) (essential)
- Experience with Caterpillar SIS 2.0 and ET
- Hydraulic diagnostics - Essential
- Electrical diagnostics - Desirable
- Self-driven, reliable, able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Hold a Drivers Licence (heavy vehicle licence will be highly regarded)
